When will the Direct Debit come out?
Direct Debits will be taken by GoCardless Ltd on behalf of Aion Apollo Ltd, trading as Crazy Fish Music Studio, every four weeks. Crazy Fish Music Studio allows adjustment in Direct Debits for two weeks at Christmas and two weeks taken at any other time of the year for holidays and such.
What happens if I can not attend?
If for some reason you can not attend a lesson, at least 24 hours prior notice is required so that we may be able to reschedule your lesson to a mutually agreeable time. If we can not reschedule your lesson immediately, we will hold it in lieu so that it can be taken during holidays etc. With less than 24 hours notice unfortunately the lesson is forfeited.
How do I cancel my lessons?
You can cancel your lessons and Direct Debit with us at any time by giving us 1 months notice. You can cancel by calling 01942 876459 or email: lessons@crazyfishmusicstudio.net
